- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The doctor himself is a good physician but I was recently sent a bill and refused an appointment after claims that I had not paid a $300 bill from 2012- Five years ago!!! I have been twice a year since then with no mention of any outstanding balance and have no other "unpaid" bills. The person making these claims is new and I can't prove that I paid a bill from five years ago and the office staff are unyielding and unhelpful.
